Turkey Holidays Booking Conditions
Turkey Holidays is a trading name of ITTIO Ltd. ITTIO Ltd is a member of the
Travel Trust Association (U2770) and ATOL (T7215).
Turkey Holidays acts as a retail agent for tour operators and flight consolidators.
Booking Your flight and Subsequent Payment
Once you have chosen your holiday/travel solution, you can make a reservation/booking.
Turkey Holidays will collect payment in line with our or the relevant "partners"
booking conditions. These do vary. If travelling in less than 10 weeks the full
amount will be collected by Turkey Holidays. Otherwise a deposit in line with the
relevant provider's bookings conditions will be collected and the balance will be
due by the date shown on your booking confirmation. We will confirm your chosen
arrangements and acknowledge your payment by sending you a confirmation of your
booking by email. Please check this confirmation together with all other documents
sent to you to ensure they match the original booking. If you have any queries,

Amendments
Should you need to amend your booking please contact as soon as possible as changes
are harder to make the nearer to the departure date you get. Typically amendments
cost between £25 and £40 for a name change. Date changes where possible may be at
a higher rate and are considered on a case by case basis by our partners.
Turkey Holidays charges £10 for any amendment to a booking.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us and let us know as soon
as possible as the refund amount reduces as the departure date approaches. We will
advise you what the % loss is when you cancel with us. We can provide this information
on booking. We cannot list this information as partners can change their policy
without notice. Generally these are the terms laid down for cancellation:

100-56 days > Deposit
56-31 days > 50%
30-15 days > 75%
Less than 15 days > 100%
